    Product description:

    BC - 346 - A as A special form of varnish, high temperature resistant and has been widely used in UL CLASS A, B, F and H in the system.

    Product features:

    1, excellent flexibility.

    2, excellent adhesion.

    3, contain up to 220 degrees in the UL system.

    4, high film thickness.

    5, the department of defense approval as MIL - I - 24092, 180 series CB level.

    Typical application:

    Transformer, stator, rotor, relay, the coil and armature, household electrical, etc

    Directions for use:

    1, according to the product characteristics determine the need to dilute concentrations.

    2, will be to handle the product preheat to 105 ℃.

    3, cooled to 65 ℃ to 75 ℃.

    4, submerged proposition that made the water, 15 to 30 minutes until bubbles disappear.

    5, the product drip dry for 15 to 30 minutes. (to make it have stronger binding force, dry time is very short time)

    6, as for the oven to bake, the following is a suggested baking temperature and time (depending on different products do appropriate adjustments)

    * 1-2 hour @ 162 ℃
